As Founder and Principal of RWC, Dr. Wong brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial and consulting fields to his role and offers a balanced blend of industry experience, technical know-how, and innovation.
Dr. Wong started his practice, first in Illinois, in 1996, and then moved the practice to Bethesda, Maryland, and Pembroke Pines, Florida. He specializes in the areas of SEC compliance, foreign investment taxation, and management consulting. His rich experiences are from the extended services he provided to the cruise line, alternative energies, telecommunications, hotels and toys & sports equipment manufacturing industries.
In addition to his contributions to the professional practice, Dr. Wong is also an established and well-published academian. He has held faculty positions in several universities and is currently a full-time faculty member of the Andreas School of Business and Public Administration of Barry University in Florida. Dr. Wong holds a PhD degree from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
In his leisure, Roman enjoys wine collection, music, water sports, and skiing.
